All fares based on one-way trips. A trip is defined as a stop. Zone mileages are based on trips originating and ending within the NET Trans service district. Does not apply to trips outside our service district.

[1] Special Request — depending on the size of the vehicle.
[2] Children under eight (8) may ride for $.75 each way providing the children’s transportation is in direct conjunction
with the parent/guardian’s scheduled transportation service. If the primary service is for the children, then the
regular fare must apply. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
[3] Client must give specific drop-off and return times.
Additional General Public Fare information:
Clients with medical disabilities requiring specialized care may have a medical escort (client provided). Escorts will be allowed to ride for free providing the escort has the same origination and destination points as the client. Escort must be able to function as such and provide the needed assistance. FTHRA reserves the right to require a doctor’s certificate of need for medical escorts.
II. General Public Group Shopping Trips
Minimum of 8 clients and a maximum of 14. All clients must have the same origination and destination points and must be within our service district. No wait time allowed. A second
van must meet the minimum number of persons after the first van has met the maximum
number. All trips must be within our normal operating hours.
